Cancellation & Postponement Policy

If the course is considered unsafe — for example heavy rain, high winds, bushfires or other "acts of god" — or if directed by Redland City Council, the Queensland Department of Health, Queensland Government directives or another relevant authority, organisers may need to postpone or cancel the event.

Every attempt will be made to reschedule. If a participant can't make the rescheduled date, or no suitable date is available (due to venue availability, clashes with other events, land-owner changes and similar), all participants are automatically re-allocated to the Virtual option. Finisher medals, casual tees and camping kits will be mailed or delivered to competitors and/or their clubs.
